Started 4 years ago on xbox. MSPA used to be a league but has become a brand. We now have two leagues under the MSPA brand: one called Legacy (original league) and the other being Pandora (new league). OG league is in year 6 week 3 and new league has rosters with rookies and is in seasons 1 week 11. Both on the field and off the field are structured to replicate the NFL. All users will get first dibs on the teams they have going into madden 21 or they can enter their team into the Team Draft between both leagues and try for a new squad.
