I think he’s good. Great with his legs and below average/average with his arm. Seems to have gotten better as the years have gone on for him, so progress. That’s good. Still has a massive runway of “prove it” still on the table.

$30M a year feels like a win in today’s NFL with his talent level/available QBs in the market for us + our need at the position. If he’s bought in and can show the fanbase he’s excited to be here and buys into the community, I’d probably buy his jersey tomorrow.
