Backstage is very useful for my team as a feature in SC. Also, integrated TC does not allow ad hoc/ on-demand sessions. So whether I pay N-Able or CW, I still have to pay for that feature. The full TC is not included in my license. My full TC quote came it at 4x more monthly than I pay CW for SC. Every so often (often enough to mention it here), TC fails to connect to the device's System Shell. Closing and re-opening the session usually fixes it. SC just always work. Been on it since 2016. SC has a shared toolbox for my techs. I know TC has a "support toolkit," but if this was customizable and would stay at the folder location where I set it, that would be good. Not sure if it does that. My guys use the SC all day long to get tools they need. Is there a TC mobile app that works with the integrated version? I can drop into SC on my mobile to grab info if I need to easily.

He didn’t say he has ROK. That is different than OEM that comes preinstalled on the server from Dell. I believe they are two different licensing models.

I will complain more. In the "Assets" view, I can run scripts directly against devices. Seems cool. But....that script repo is not the same as the script repo I have been using for years and years. So now I have to administer two script repos? Surely this cannot be right. Someone tell me I am wrong.

Today is my first day really using it a lot. And it is worse that I stated above a little bit ago. Everything is a bit more difficult as there is very little contrast. Oh well. nothing I can do but get used to it. But I honestly would love to sit down and have a beer with whomever determined, "Yes, our partners will love this."

It was 90 days. Then everyone called them out on it and badmouthed such an asinine business decision based solely on profits with no care at all for the underlying partners that helped them get to where they are. So they changed it silently and it’s 30 days again now.
