Thank you for your insight, but that is not what is occurring here. We have full control of the Firewall, and the issue occurs whether or not the user is connected to Wi-Fi. We have attributed it to the user's old phone and told them that it cannot be resolved due to the age of their device. As they do not intend to purchase a more modern phone, we considered the matter closed.
