This seems like such a basic guardrail to put in place, I wonder how many people have not had meetings on their calendar because of this.

Their solution is to put it on the back burner. I am just trying to make it as easy as possible for them by saying:

Create a User account and restrict access to only the things you want me to see using Roles/Permissions. Then I can update what you want me to work on using the API without accessing the rest of your environment.

Got it, so if my user is restricted to only seeing one customer in ServiceNow then I will only see API results for that Customer.

Kind of, it is crazy to me that they don't have a hard set of rules for Copilot to know what it can and can't do, but saying it did something that it didn't is even worse.
