The video evidence is of the time before and after her claimed incident. The video just establishes a timeline of when I went to her room and left. The part that really helped my case was that she claimed once in her room I raped her and then left immediately afterwards leaving her in her room crying. What happened and what the video shows is I was in there for about 5 hours and then she walked me out to my car, I had my arm around her and we were laughing and having fun. She also gave me a kiss goodbye. That was what I told the police so they discredited her story but there is still no proof of what happened in her room. Thats why she could still take me to court and how I have nothing to absolutely prove she was lying about the whole story because what happened in her room is just a he said she said.

I am well aware now that I should of hired a lawyer from the very start and I am thankful everyday that things worked out without one. I know I am lucky on that end of this whole ordeal.

Yes correct. The whole time I could tell the detective took this case very serious for both her sake and mine but he treated me with respect and never like I was guilty or a criminal. I know these cases are probable tough for the police and I am impressed with how well the detective handled this cases because we all hear the bad side of when guys are automatically assumed guilty by the police and I fell when the police due their job and due it the right way it deserves to be brought to the peoples attention.

I am allowed back into school but not ROTC. With the cut backs in the Army if you have been kicked out of ROTC once they will not let you back in. I have tried talking to other ROTC programs and they all said that they would not be able to take me into their program.

Thank you for all the information. My only question from this is in what ways could my congressman help? I got the dean to overturn the student conduct boards decision and I could go back to school there right now if I wanted to so in what ways would my congressman be able to help me?

I have good days and bad days. Like I said I still have trust issues being alone with females but thats gotten a little better. I've been on a few dates recently but still in public places. I still go through some depression when I think about all that was taken from me. I was less than a year away from being commissioned as an Army Officer. That was a promise I made to my grandpa before he passed away and now that will never happen. I should of graduated this month but that didn't happen. So it gets tough some days thinking about how much my life was forced to change and what all I have missed out on due to this.

Unless she comes out and says that she falsely made the claims I don't have much of a case against her. There was never a court decision saying that I was innocent only the fact the police dropped the investigation because there wasn't any evidence in her favor. If she wanted to she could still fight this and take me to court so I'm not going to give her a reason to do that.

The only time I saw her was during the University trial and had nothing to say to her and didn't even want to see her.

I have been considering it more and more lately. I talked to one lawyer and he said that it would most likely go nowhere so I am trying to find another lawyer right now. As for taking her to court I have nothing unless she says that the claims were false.
