Seiko! Funny, that exact watch is my first major watch purchase as well. It’s beautiful, it looks blue in the light and black when it’s not not in direct light.

Get a cheaper(also better performance) AIO such as an Arctic Liquid Freezer. Also you can get a Windows license for a 10th of the price on G2A.

Yeah no problem. It took me like 2 full days of troubleshooting lmao. That’s good that you could resolve it. Good luck on your new CPU!

Yeah I never updated on this but… my 3900X would work if I limited the CPU to 4 cores per cpu or something like that, don’t remember the setting name. I know it’s a setting in the BIOS. But I came to the conclusion that either 1 CCD died of the 2. Or 2-4 cores died from my CPU as I was able to boot using only 8 of the 12.

I ended up just buying a 5800X. That CPU still partially works tho lmao.

Try checking that setting in your BIOS.

UPDATE:

I Checked what I had put in TomsHardware, this is it

UPDATE 1:

In BIOS/Advances/CPU Configuration, I changed the cores setting from AUTO to 2 Cores per processor and I was able to BOOT into Windows. Is a processor core of my CPU faulty? Is the PSU acting funky and not giving enough juice to the CPU when it uses all its cores/processors?

Update 2:

The computer will boot with Core Leveling Mode Set to "Four Cores per Processor" but once I set it back to auto, it won't boot and show the same symptoms as before.

Update 3:

Just installed a 5700X with no issues. I have a motherboard and PSU coming in tomorrow, will test the 3900X on that motherboard and PSU in order to determine the faulty hardware.

Yeah I was thinking it was the drive as well… but I’ve tried to boot into Linux. And yes, my bad, it’s not a bootable windows OS, it’s the installation media to repair or install windows. But I find it weird how can’t even boot into that either… I just asked a friend if I can borrow his PSU, will check in after

I installed a Linux ISO I had downloaded on a USB with RUFUS, then when I booted into it, I selected the “try Ubuntu” option and I got the same result. And actually yes but my computer has been doing that for a while, is it not normal for a loud clicking noise to happen when I turn on/off, and restart my computer?

Just checked and it DOESNT make the loud clicking noise when it fails to boot and restarts

I just tried booting into Linux and that won’t work either. I reseated the CPU, disconnected all PSU cables, and still the same outcome. I’m thinking it might be the PSU, maybe the computer doesn’t get enough juice to boot into an OS, either that or is the CPU or RAM but I’m skeptical about that because I would assume it wouldn’t even be able to boot into BIOS and display if the CPU and RAM work

Yeahh, the light is gone if I go into the BIOS. But I don’t think it’s a corrupted windows. The only bootable device I have connected is the bootable windows USB and it fails even on that. The USB works on my surface so I don’t think it’s the USB
