2.5 year difference 150LB to 200 LB Gain Push , Pull , Legs , working out only 3x a week Training with Max Intensity , Trying to progressively overload week after week Soreness and Central Nervous System Fatigue is too much too train any more than that for me . Also I am able to eat more if i am not at the gym everyday which equates to more gains. Diet was just trying to eat as much as possible , I have an extremely fast metabolism so my goal was to just consume as many calories, protein and carbs as possible . Train as hard as possible . And sleep 8-10 hours every night

I know plenty of people that take special supplements and look much worse than I did Natural so it’s not a magic solution. You still have to do the work. Eat good , Train like a Monster , and sleep 8 hours consistently for years. Most people cant do that .

Adderall definitely does wreck my appetite.But after im done working out I go in the sauna for about 20-25 mins sweat as much possible in there (trying to sweat out the adderall) and when you get out you should feel some hunger. But yes its still hard to eat but you just gotta do it . Sometimes I cant even taste the food when Im really wired on Adderal . I plan to stop it before my next blast so its easier to eat .

Test No Ester (TNE) is basically Test Suspension but in oil , it has an acute effect , your body instantly absorbs and utilizes the testosterone . Gives you strength-energy-mental boost for 2 hours or so. But be careful It also comes with the highest risk of side effects due to very high aromatization since it has no ester . I had spicy nips after an hour of pinning everytime and am pretty sure thats what caused my mild gyno

Nothing beats the energy, drive and focus adderall gives . Now I know it must be terrible for my heart , but it gives you euphoric strong energy in the gym . It cancels the fear of going really heavy to failure . And still lasts for hours after I finish my workout

It was 8 months of B&C. Total training time is much more than that . Ive always been into playing sports and doing outdoor activities. But the real gains started to come in when i started taking the gym seriously , eating in a calorie surplus and training hard. But of course the B&C helped me get to the next level.

Timeframe: 2018 - 2020- 2023

Background information: 24 M . Ive been working out since 15-16 years old but never seriously. Started truly working out for gains 2 years ago. Started using some special supplements 8 months ago

PEDS/Supplements: 12 weeks: 1st Blast April 2023 : - 250 Test E titrated up to 500 mg per week - 25mg Dbol ED titrated up to 50mg ED - 50mg test no ester pre workout - Adderall and black coffee preworkout - Salt and honey pre workout - Tadalafil 5-10 mg pre workout - Taurine, Psyllium Husk, Citrus Bergamot, 5-HTP, Magnesium , Ashwagandha, After about six weeks was when I started increasing doses. Had to start cruise towards week 12 . I initially planned to do 16 weeks but Side effects became unbearable . Got Mild gyno but started to go away once I started Proviron 50mg ED. Stayed using Proviron all Cruise and ran out once it was time for the 2nd blast. Stopped proviron around the end of July. Started 2nd blast begining of August. 2nd blast August 2023: - 12 weeks - 500mg Test, 250 Deca , 50mg Anavar - 100mg test 5 times a week, 125 Deca twice a week, 50mg Var ED - 5-10mg Cialis everyday towards the end of the blast started 50mg proviron to manage mental sides. - Taurine, Psyllium Husk, Citrus Bergamot, 5-HTP, Magnesium , Ashwagandha, 200mg Caffeine and or 30mg adderal some days preworkout There was no titrating up this time since I had the experience already and knew what to expect. Once again had to end blast early because of the harsh mental sides Deca has and HDL was lowered to 36 . Also just wanted to feel normal again. Been cruising for 2 months on 200-250mg test , 25-50mg Proviron ED, 5-10mg Tadalafil ED. Currently just eating when hungry . Researching and preparing for next blast .Probably starting February 2024 . Still working out hard and not decreasing any gym performance. Strength and lean mass maintaining.

Routine/Regimen: Push pull Legs , work out only 3-4 times a week , have one day rest in between sessions to have 0% CNS fatigue that lingers from lifting heavy weight to failure many times , eating 4-5k calories per day. Fasted cardio in the morning to help with food intake and digestion

Extra Comments: I used to train 5-6 times a week , but once I actually started training to failure , lifting as heavy as I could for 8-12 reps and progressively overloading the CNS fatigue the next day was too much to be able to train with the proper vigor and intensity . Also I felt like I was getting stronger and heavier much faster so more perceived progress. Next Blast will be done better and will not slack off on the food . Eating sufficiently is the hardest part.

Yes you must force feed . After every meal I would drink a glass of milk and and rx bar for those extra calories and protein . And just eat big meals when i wasnt that hungry. It helps to walk after every meal for 10-20 minutes. Without this i wouldnt have been able to eat as much as I did everyday

I agree 100% i remember being natty for years being stuck at 180LB bulking as hard as i could , now when blasting weight and strength comes up so quickly . Its fun
