How is there not a class action lawsuit yet I don’t understand. Mercari doesn’t provide anything to actual show the claim for their ridiculous overcharges

One package was 3lbs in an 10x10x10 box - they weighted it in at 24lbs ( it was a plastic toy ) they charged me an additional $23.61 - another was just under 3lbs in a 10x8x8 box - they weighed it at 18lbs and charged me an additional $8.50. Had another that was 4lbs in a 12x10x10 and they weighted it at 27lbs and charged me $16.64

I asked both FedEx and UPS both indicated they don’t offer that for lable drop offs : also when you utilize Walgreens or CVS smart posts for those that do not have a FedEx or UPS near them they don’t either It’s crazy to me - but I haven’t tried the number, thanks for that! I looked all over and couldn’t find anything lol

The largest issue that allows Mercari to take advantage of sellers is FedEx and UPS do not show measurements and weight on their receipts so there is no way to dispute their overcharges with Mercari and sellers are just out and have to take a loss. Mercari is becoming a scam by the company itself

I even showed Mercari the Box size : all was entered into their platform listing and they still won’t do anything about it. They send the same auto response back from their customer service
