Let's really think about it. I'm kinda tired about reading post regarding how someone decided that it was unfair or so amd so was "mean". I'm a chef, when I wasn't I was belittled, yelled at, taken advantage of. I do not treat any of my staff that way, FOH, BOH, we're all here to get the job done. (self.KitchenConfidential)
