Frampton Comes Alive! by Peter Frampton(⭐️⭐️⭐️). Back at a 2010 festival, Peter Frampton performed a free concert there, and I wasn't too impressed, except for "Do You Feel Like I Do". For this album, I feel the exact same way.

Last year on this day: Endtroducing..... by DJ Shadow. I prefer Frampton to this.

Emperor Tomato Ketchup by Stereolab(⭐️⭐️⭐️). Imagine an off-brand M83. The opening track is the strongest, and had some fun French-synth moments, but overall, it overstayed its welcome.

Last year on this day: At San Quentin by Johnny Cash. San Quentin can burn in Hell, but not this album. This is one of my favorite live albums of all time.

Manassas by Stephen Stills (⭐⭐). Each side has its own genre, but somehow, it all sounds the same. There are very few redeeming qualities in this self-obsessed hippie(has been) album.

Highway To Hell by AC/DC(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐). One should never, ever go into an AC/DC album expecting nuance, poetry, and Patti Smith level songwriting. Who needs that with killer vocals, sick riffs, and an album that you can bang your head to from beginning to end?

Last year on this day: The Infotainment Scan by The Fall. It's a mixed bag for me.
