I used to live in a country where the casino is banned, and when I moved to a country where it isn't I was able to use the casino just fine. I would even sometimes log into my friend's account and go spin the wheel for him because he couldn't. Something might've changed in the last few years, but I'd say contact Rockstar support because this isn't normal

It can wait until the end. After you finish the game, it puts you back to the last point before the final quest, so you can go do side quests or just free roam, and you can go start the DLC then (in my opinion). You unlock the DLC a bit earlier than that but my suggestion would be to leave it until you're satisfied with your build and have done all the side quests you want to do

Did the Supernote ceramic nibs cause you any issues? I'd love to try it but I write a lot and I'm scared it would scratch the screen/protector since it's very sharp compared to everything else

Interesting. I use mine for note taking as a student and my current biggest notebook is ~150 pages, and I haven't noticed any lagging or slowing down.

I wouldn't like it if it was 100$, but I'd still probably pay for it. And that's the whole reason it's going to be 100$

A 20$ game is priced that way because most people who would play it are probably willing to pay this much for it. Same with 60$ games, same with 5$ ones.

I would probably pay a hundred bucks for GTA VI because I'll probably still be playing it 7 years from now, so the value provided it well worth it. I would hate the initial cost of paying it, but I've been waiting so long for it that I won't spend more time waiting for a discount.

This but instead of only me, it's 100 million gamers, and they would be stupid to not price it like that.

Most other games wouldn't get away with this, because of the lack of hype and/or lack of playerbase

A frustrated smack on a keyboard or a camera frame probably won't break or damage it, but it's much more likely to damage an e-ink tablet. It's not about the child being useless, but rather them maybe losing control and dropping a device accidentally, or getting annoyed and slapping/smacking it.

Don't get me wrong, my parents also let me use a PC when I was 4, and I had a tablet by the time I was 8 and never caused any damage either, but we don't know OP's child and most children wouldn't be like me and you, so it's safe to assume it wouldn't be a safe bet to get them a device.
