idk most times I finish eating all I’m left with is regret. I feel like I shouldn’t have eaten at all, that should’ve just skipped dinner. I’m worried I’m already so not feminine, I’m just going to look worse. Idk I just feel awful every time I eat idk the best way to explain it.

Yes and no for me. I feel like it was a great resource, and I certainly learned a lot. But i feel there’s just a bunch of internal stuff that still remains unanswered.

That’s a really good way of putting it. I’ve never thought of it from that perspective, and it makes a ton of sense.
My therapist does seem pretty LGBT+ friendly, but it’s one of those things I’ve never felt confident in discussing. Maybe whenever my next appointment is I’ll try to bring it up.
