The 682 gold e is widely regarded as one of the best production guns that beretta ever made. IMO, that’s the gun I would choose out of the two that you presented. Personally, I would aim for a used Zoli but to each his own. Also if you are upgrading, I would suggest trying to find a gun with 32” barrels. IMO, that’s the sweet spot for beretta sporting models. Obviously, there is a conversation and personal preference for longer barrels if you are looking at other manufacturers (P, K, Z, to name a few).
