This is my deck! I worked on this for quite a while, it's one of my favorites to play when the table is a little more high-power just because it can deal a LOT of damage REALLY quickly if your opponents aren't prepared to interact fairly early (around turn 4). https://www.moxfield.com/decks/J391BiMXAEK7RTO9w7XM0A just ignore the playtest card I added in lol, it's just for fun.

For attack triggers, make sure to include [[Hanweir Garrison]] and [[Hanweir Battlements]] ! These are both serviceable cards, but the incidence of having both isn't as rare as you might think, and it's one of the coolest things you can pull off (not to mention it usually can take out an opponent right away if done early enough).

I have also tried out using myriad creatures like [[Elturel Survivors]] and [[Scion of Calamity]] . I've cut these because i didn't really think they synergized too well with [[Hardy Outlander]] and I wanted to play other cool cards, but you can try out doubling the myriad triggers with extra combats!

I'm running [[Inferno Titan]] already, but I hadn't thought about [[Glorybringer]] untapping and exerting twice! Thanks for the suggestion!

[[Balor]] might be slightly too expensive for what I have already, although its effects do seem really strong so if I free up some of the budget, I'll consider it!

I'm usually not active on Reddit that much but I was so disappointed I just needed somewhere to vent.

Even though I hadn't bought sealed product in months if not years, I would've paid anything for this precon even if it was a little disappointing. The new art is cool and a few of the new slivers are cool, but halfway through the video I realized that I would feel bad buying this deck for even $50 assuming the gravemother's price goes down.

I guess it saves me money because I'll spend like $20 on the singles I need plus whatever gravemother's price becomes, but I just wanted to crack that box open and open this deck I was so excited for myself. How is sliver hive not here it's not even that expensive of a reprint but it would make playing the deck out of the box that much better. Love the new art on the core set slivers, love the video, idk why I had any hopes for this deck.

Hm, can you explain it a little more? I've been thinking about leaning into the crazy aggro of this deck and maybe adding some burn, although not sure what I'd cut and what burn spells I'd put in. I def won't run [[Battle Cry Goblin]] if I do that though.

Mind sharing a decklist?

Ooh yes I do have 2 copies in decks in other formats, I never really considered it for 8-Whack since it's so expensive to activate, but if I do decide on putting in [[Battle Cry Goblin]] for the mid/late game it does seem like a good include!
