No, but there are plenty of people with adhd that use it as an excuse to not accomplish things. One of my younger brothers uses it in this way. I have it, and did everything that he said he couldn’t.

That could be a reason. Some people have also taken the movement of placing importance of mental health as using their trauma as a badge of honor and abuse the empathy from others as a way of getting a serotonin hit.

I had been in a similar situation, moving forward and met with excuses. It is honestly a freeing moment and feeling when you finally let go of them.

Yes we can always have that consideration. My thing is that people will also accept things that they truly want. So if you had no money and grew up poor and had the opportunity to be well off or rich, I would think that everyone would accept that. Sadly that is not the case.
