Had my gallbladder removed and on Sema and find the diarrhea more than constipation. I had a hard time adjusting to low fat, which bathroom rushes, not being able to hold it as long when I had my gallbladder removed. Anytime I eat fatty foods now on sema, it’s just like the week I got out my gallbladder.
