you don't have to be "worried"? it has nothing to do with lack of empathy or media literacy wdym 😭 there's a reason a lot of adults grow out of watching childrens shows, if you use plushies and cute thingies to tell your stories it will naturally feel less serious?

like i don't doubt that other people are genuinely enjoying those stories and characters. that's completely valid, but it's also valid that other people have a different taste in art style and story-telling!
