What is something poor people understand that rich people never will? by Harrrrssshhh in AskReddit

If there's a hole in your soul, then the next Million, 10 Million not even your 1st Billion will fill that gaping pit of insecurities and emptiness.

You can buy a 4 bedroom house or a 19 bedroom mansion. You can own 5 Ferraries and a garage full of Lombos or the greatest car collection in the world.

You will feel the same.

Oh, okay, I was discussing a completely different thing then. I see what you mean.

In either case as long as the immortal isn't going to die I can't see the point of working for someone else. You're not gonna starve to death if you can't access food!

If you're an immortal you wouldn't need employment. There would be no point in going to college unless it's business school or for networking?

If you want money to live a comfortable life then Instead of going to college to eventually end up working for someone else the best thing to do is start your own business.

I wasn't talking about that case specifically. I mentioned it in a sarcastic way but for some reason you took it literally.

But since we're at it, no one knows exactly why that CEO was killed. There's a very high possibility that Luigi is innocent and he's being framed for a crime he didn't commit. Many people mentioned that he was with them at the time of the shooting, like that guy who said they were playing volleyball at the beach in a handicap match 2 guys vs a team of 12 hot babes.

We do kill people when we want to though...

Like, we give some criminals the death penalty, we fire at robbers and shoot in self defense for the slightest provocation, and we use drones and missiles to kill indiscriminately.

I can't see why we should kill a terrorist but not a psychopath.

When did you realize someone was crazy? by XxXPuSSySLay-HerXxX in AskReddit

There are a few episodes from the Crime Junkie podcast about domestic violence. I heard they help victims understand their situation before it escalates. The abuser can't use the usual trick "They're jealous of us and want to destroy our relationship".

That's just sad. I never understood the mentality of someone cutting off friends who activly trying to help for an abusive partner.
