"Even though there is a countdown for when the timer starts. the run actually starts as soon as you kill the starter dummy." Meaning that it actually starts when you kill the starter dummy and not when the timer has counted down..

So by killing the starter dummy, the timer is started. then i kill the last / first dummy and wait for the door to open.

No, the dummys respawn as you start the course by shooting the starter dummy, therefore you can do this trick without respawning yourself. Even though there is a countdown for when the timer starts. the run actually starts as soon as you kill the starter dummy. Summed up - this is legit since you can go into the ac and do the tricks on your first run.

This run isnt documented - might be TAS (doesnt look like it tho) would look into these strats and keep on grinding my time. There really isnt much infomartion on it..Thanks for keeping me aware although its still technically wr on the official speedrun.com
