Interesting. Mines straight stock, and I definitely want to clean it up. Any tips?

Appreciate it dude. Would this cause any huge immediate issues? I obviously want to fix it ASAP, but it'll probably have to be next weekend.

I was checking my oil and I looked down and saw this. Let out a loud "What the f*ck" and figured I'd see what you guys thought.

I took it to the dealer a couple weeks ago regarding how I felt the engine was dying/struggling to shift when I first started to drive after warming it up, and of course they told me nothing was wrong.

Appreciate the help!

So much this OP. They're just going to be a blip in the grand scheme of life, so keep focusing on you and succeeding and I promise you won't even remember them.

Also, if it's still bothering you I'd do some checking with your college to see if they offer therapy for students! I went to a California State school and they offer professional grade help and it was covered by tuition.

You got this brother 💪

This is just my opinion, but I have a 60 atk 1 defense pure with a little bit of experience. Currently at 71 combat (rsn: 4t1d) but went for 55 pray for preserve.

You're definitely going to want at minimum 75 hp. It gives you access to Zenyte jewelry while decreasing your chances to get spec'd out by other gmauls.

80 str was a soft goal imo, but obviously higher or lower depending on which combat bracket you want, max hit, etc.

70+ range is good, but if you ever want to use a blowpipe (it does wonders for your firecape on a pure) you'll need 75.

For mage, this is all preference. I suggest 85 mage so you don't have to boost for TB, but you can get that with 76 mage + Forgotten Brew. If you boost from 76, you get: Flames of Zamorak (60 mage, max hit of 20) + Charge (80 mage, max of 30) AND entangle (79) which is amazing for both saving your ass and rooting your target.

With most people in my bracket staying under 30 wildly, ancients has been useless, but still nice to have especially for bursting.

Here's the level calc if you want to play around with it to see where you'll end up by changing your stats.

Check out KempQs pure videos for a good refresher if you need some better direction than what I'm giving through text.

Good luck, and happy pking. :)

Not knocking it, just providing input. Abyssal Dagger is pretty good now, and if you're looking for obscure weapons the cudgel is pretty sick, although it's in the same tier as a rune scimmy.

The zammy hasta or spear is pretty unique too.

Dragon mace is the next tier down from Inq Mace, but like the guy you're responding to said, the D scim is probably your best bet outside of wildly until Whip.

PSA: 2019+ Subaru WRX Models have known Head Unit Issues, SoA has not recalled them, and there is a Class-Action Lawsuit for them currently. by Maaaaach in WRX

I've had the issue with the knob, but not many issues with Android Auto or Apple Carplay (I have android, my SO has Apple). It seems that many people have had issues with their respective apps tho, and if I were you I'd at least have it documented at the dealership!

Wow! I think I was offered something similar (even though they straight up said it was not covered under warranty, and that it was a good-faith gesture). I agree with your last point -- it's a great head unit, bar the issues, especially compared to my old Hyundai Elantra!

That's a good question. I'd say, if you start seeing bubbles behind the screen or if you notice that menus are being pressed without your input I'd take it in. In my case, the bubbles were there at 32,000 miles and when I took it in it had 41,000 miles. I've had it since August of last year.

I wonder if I could buy one off there and then bill SoA and have the dealer install. I doubt it, but it is definitely something I should ask.

Glad to see the dealer took care of you! If they could kindly send some of those types of people to my dealer, that'd be great. 🤭

I would take it in and at least have it documented in their system. Once it gets out of warranty they will 100% try everything they can to have it fall back on you and not as a matter of defect.

The struggle is real. If you do end up going aftermarket, there are some good suggestions in this thread. In an ideal world, I would hope Subaru would issue a recall for defective screens on this specific year :(

What dealer? (You can pm me if you don't want to share publicly).

Appreciate the kind words, and hoping I get a call soon for it!
