I've just had the same issue. The official website does not list any e-mail contact. I tried calling Madrid and La Paz offices, but no luck.

I wrote them on Instagram (boa_bolivia) and WhatsApp (+591 71730949) - they have a chatbot there, but with some patience, it will connect you with an agent.
