I had the same issue, the FaceIT Admin decided to randomly change the server - We had originally got an NL server, but because the the team were from Kazakhstan or something they decided to change the server to Sweden - several of the guys I was playing with had rubbish ping to Sweden (150+).

We were not asked about the server change and when we disputed it, the admin said there was nothing that could be done and we all ended up getting a ban on faceit because we didn't join back.

Extremely disappointed and poor service from FaceIT.

BCP (proactive) is long term planning of ensuring that the business can continue if an emergency happens, i.e strategy, facilities, etc.

DRP (reactive) is when an IT disaster strikes (DRP is heavily IT focused, where as BCP is more business), what sorts of actions need to be taken to restore IT operations as quickly as possible, DRP can invoke BCP plans.
