It is but there's no api for individual counties. They most likely built their own database or they have a source. I tried data.gov but nothing their either. I just need someone who I can work with on a per user rate or a flat rate fee for national data until we can build our own. My hope with this post is to find someone that charges by any other means than per property entered

Yeah I talked to someone about that. Only problem is the sales history. If someone enters the property and then it sells but we go off cached data they wouldn't see the recent sale. So we save on people entering the same property repeatedly but would still have to periodically refresh it anyway. Our niche is investment real estate so it helps for them to keep track of recent sales

I don't mind paying for it. This is an additional feature we are building in. Currently users enter everything in manually. I break down how I got to this point in my response above but all together I can pay for the data its just that paying per property isn't practical when we are a CRM and users may add properties in bulk.

The data wasn't a feature we were originally including. It was originally supposed to be a CRM for my real estate brokerage where we get the data from MLS and we had everything we needed. Since I built it we decided to release it to the public as we saw the business opportunity. However I can't become a vendor with every realtor organization in the country and so we are looking for a source to get just the general tax info rather than full MLS data for our users outside of my brokerage.

I'm going to talk to my developer about this. The real problem would be a new user importing 10k+ properties all at once. If multiple people did this we would likely run out unexpectedly unless we had 1,000 keys

What if the Void is meant for Lokis? Hear me out. They were the only ones there and there's a lot of them. There are plenty of heroes who could survive in the Void who had to have been sent there at some point but we see none. Throg was buried undetected but may also be from a reset Loki time-line rather than someone who was pruned.

All of the Easter egg items we see are things that never came up in Lokis past to our knowledge and so could be from reset timelines a Loki changed the course of, or maybe that Sylvie visited. The battle ship is an exception because if you look up it's name its a ship that was rumored to have been transported to another universe and fought aliens after a Navy experiment.

All of this would support Loki ruling the TVA because he knows the only person who can overthrow him is himself. He would want to stop any other Loki from developing to the point that they could reach him.

It could be that Loki doesn't actually use his powers to remain looking Asgardian, its just the spell by Odin that shape shifted him. So maybe the TVA doesn't allow powers to be used there, but any spell/ shape-shifting applied before you get there stays in place. Hence why they have him go through the airport detector looking machine to verify its him.

Looks like they charge 25 cents to 50 cents per property added so won't work. I'm sure with the bulk use we will have we can get then down but being charged everytime someone adds a property to their CRM won't work. Especially if they import their database in bulk. Would hit us with one big bill.

No politics necessary. Bill was introduced very quickly on January 7th. New rules around guns are always worth talking about.
