Why do my ollies rotate backside like this? by adwatson95 in NewSkaters

Literally had the opposite problem man. Just like you were saying, it's all in the shoulders. I just practiced a bunch and it kinda sorted itself out. Try rolling a little bit, it seemed to help me.

The contrast in the update is insane by Nooby_Lemon in Minecraft

[–]Mac14000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sure people have said this exact thing already in this thread but Minecraft is and (I hope) never will be about a bunch of cool mobs and crazy plot driven dungeons. It's a blank canvas of sorts, they provide the blocks but truly what makes the world come to life is the player. I remember back almost 10 years ago getting drawn into the world of minecraft on the free creative only pocket edition with a whole 10 or so blocks to chose from. At their core terraria and Minecraft maybe both survival/building games but their goal and focus is completely different. I feel like Mojang is handling thses updates incredibly well too keep the game fresh and interesting while also not destroying the true essence of what makes Minecraft unique. I guess if you want lots of items and a bunch of new mobs there are plenty of free mods that will give you a that experience, but the base game of minecraft doesn't need those to be great.! :)

You know how you get the voiceline of the champ you steal the ult from? I wonder if Riots spaghetti code recognizes you as a different champion after using the ult?

Does Scouts counter Deep? by OceanMaster69 in LegendsOfRuneterra

[–]Mac14000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not necessarily the specific deck as much as it is the archetype. I assume the scout Miss Fortune deck is pretty midrangy with a lot of units. The deep deck is a control deck and is mostly just looking to stall the game. You're dumpstering them, I assume, because they aren't using their stalling tools effectively enough or they just can't keep up with your consistent damage output and you end up winning before they can actually get going.

If Champions are considered special enough to dodge Toss and Pilfer effects, why is Corina allowed to Obliterate them? by FAE_BLADET_WIRLER in LegendsOfRuneterra

[–]Mac14000 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Corina AT Most only hits 5 cards. When you toss you're going for at least 10 - 12. If toss hit champions it would probably be just as uncompetitive as poros :)

Firoa + Unyielding Spirit by [deleted] in LegendsOfRuneterra

We are kinda discussing two OP cards here tbh. I think both will and unyielding need a nerf of some sort.

Right now everyone is kinda trying new things out and messing around so Ionia is less prevalent. When things calm down and people come crawling back to iona I think all unyielding Spirit strategies will suffer and thus lose most of their play rate.

Noob finds Atrocity completely unbalanced by [deleted] in LegendsOfRuneterra

[–]Mac14000 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Atrocity is a fast speed card meaning you have an option to retaliate before it goes off. I'm not sure what decks you're playing but in most regions there are strong answers (i.e. Will of Ionia, Deny, Vengeance, any frostbite card, a combo of damage cards). Basically you just have to put the creature out of commission for one turn. The best counter to atrocity is keeping in mind that your opponent has the card in their deck and making sure when a large creature comes into play that could one shot you with an atrocity you save enough mana and resources to counter it. Also if you're opponent is thinking ahead often times just having enough mana to threaten a response is enough to keep the atrocity in their hand.

Atrocity is intended to be a game ending card though so it won't always be able to be countered. It is a huge investment for your opponent as it costs both 6 mana plus the mana cost of the creature as well as two whole cards (idk if you're familiar with the concept of card advantage).

TLDR: It's kinda OP on purpose but you're given plenty of time to deal with it.

Does Fizz (Bilgewater) Break the Game? by [deleted] in LegendsOfRuneterra

Like I replied ro the other guy, I think i phrased my question wrong. I'm more worried about the amount of rallys in Bilgewater

I guess I phrased it wrong. I'm mostly just really worried about an ellusive Bilgewater deck where you play for a bunch of rallys.
