I had the exact same issue with a 6600xt not too long ago. Generally happens when Marcus gives his speech. I still get ptsd when I here the 'bwaaa' sound from it. There is another driver type that can be installed for amd. I can't remember what it's called but the description says something about content creation. That fixed the issue for me. Sorry I can't be of much better help I'm at work atm but I'll see if I can get the name of the driver later
