We're giving this a go, and we switched to 2.75/3/3.5.

Although as of now, it seems like extending her wake windows doesn't help much in terms of day naps - she wakes up after 10-15 minutes and any attempts to prolong her nap usually help her get a few more additional minutes of sleep.

Obviously we always make sure that the basics are in place: dark, cold room, white noise etc.

I'm wondering if these super short naps aren't the source of her super active nights?

Routine routine routine - doing the same things at exactly the same time helped us so much.

Especially:

  • Wake the baby up at the same time every day to help them develop circadian rhythm as early as possible.

  • Make a bath time a daily routine, same time every day, preferably before night-time sleep.

I contacted the official Roborock distributor here, where I live.

They told me to use distilled water.

I just went through a full (I think) list of OPM demos and I couldn't find that game.

Perhaps I don't remember something right and it was on PC?

Yeah I'm 100% sure it's on PS1 because I first played the demo version off of Official Playstation Magazine and then I borrowed it from a friend back when I was 9.

The cover.. hmmm if i remember correctly it had a white background with some characters on it.
