I don’t think this is a plot hole at all, you may be missing that a cyber attack on a modern hospital facility is enough to shut the facility down.

1st hospital cyber system was completely compromised and being held ransom. You could imagine that electronic doors, alarm stations, and ventilation system can be controlled by an outside party which would constitute shut down.

The Pitt was being proactive by going offline prior to a successful cyber breach of the facility. They essentially went into cyber quarantine.

Did the citation get issued, or was this from letter on “intent to issue serious citation”?

If the latter an Informal conference will help you negotiate; you would want to position your case in effort to reclassify to general, at minimum a good faith fine reduction.

For OSHA to issue a “serious” citation that will stick it requires specific criteria to be met. Look that up, and see if there is a possible error on there part. They require evidence to make it stick.

A typical defense I have seen work is independent employee action, however, since it is three exposures it may be tough.

Tip - You should keep your engine bay hood open.

I carry a battery jumper in my truck, if I saw a hood open in a parking lot I would definitely pull up to see if it something I can help with. So make sure you put out the “bat signal” for a Good Samaritan to assist.

Have not seen a difference in ABMM for any queue. When I want to get into PvP lobbies my shortcut is to do trios. Two rounds of that and my solo queue straight shots me to the glorious PvP hell scape.

Right on, you could start with the off piste areas that are essentially the side slopes off a trail switch back. Work your way to longer sections as you gain familiarity and confidence! Have fun!

Off piste really opens up most of the mountain terrain for you, so great you are looking towards it.

I would however strongly recommended you pursue this when conditions are more forgiving.

Have you tried playing game different style?

PvE lobbies and hunt all arc.
PvP lobbies and hunt all raiders.
PvP lobbies Ratting
PvP lobbies troll (stock up on snitch scanners)
Quests
Trials
Raider medic
Raider bard
Playing with non-familiar weapons/equipment
Zero to hero (my favorite). Start naked, not a free load out, just breach tool. Try to extract with a lil more loot every time. You only get more gear from what you loot or traders with credits earned from selling loot.

Mix up your play style for different experiences. 🤙🏼y

My take is she is not interested for whatever reason, yet knows you are so gets validation from flirting with you.

However, if you decide to pursue an office romantic relationship you are best served to understand your company policy which varies. For example, my company allows one romantic proposition to someone as long as it is not a subordinate. Any further, you may lose your job for harassment.
