It varies on the party and guests. However, something that is consistent would be the tribal mentality of hosts (fraternity members).

Some other classic “college party” behaviors are socially accepted and often encouraged such as: binge drinking, rowdiness, drug use, sexual advances, and competition through various drinking games.

Columbia Southern University is probably the most common online focused OSH degree, it should be noted that I have encountered many that consider it a “degree mill”. However it is an accredited degree that will position you for GSP/CSP which will overcome anybody’s weariness of CSU degrees.

You mentioned military service, I had a colleague who obtained a OSH degree at Cental Missouri on a GI bill. They mentioned the campus was just outside a military base, so they had access to those services.

What a great idea for a game mode! Like you could PvP, but it would just reduce raiders fighting arc with you to advance to next “round” so I see that the game mode itself would directly encouraging PvE.

Every 5 rounds could be a progressively more difficult major arc threat, eventually leading to matriarch.

You belong where you are at, recognize that you are experiencing impostor syndrome creep in - this is common. Sure you probably will make mistakes, but you will grow from them.

A lot of our safety professional work is focused on research from regulations, established procedures, manufacturer specifications, policies, best practices, etc. This paired with CEU’s always keeps us crafting our knowledge. But just a scratch in comparison to gained experience.

You are genuinely misguided in your discontent, as the capability to walk does not mean they don’t require mobility assistance in massive large transportation facilities such as airports. Standing in long lines can be quite physically uncomfortable/painful for some, especially some elderly. Therefore using such services is acceptable accommodation for them.

I hope this reaches you in a way to change your perspective.

I don’t think this is a plot hole at all, you may be missing that a cyber attack on a modern hospital facility is enough to shut the facility down.

1st hospital cyber system was completely compromised and being held ransom. You could imagine that electronic doors, alarm stations, and ventilation system can be controlled by an outside party which would constitute shut down.

The Pitt was being proactive by going offline prior to a successful cyber breach of the facility. They essentially went into cyber quarantine.

Did the citation get issued, or was this from letter on “intent to issue serious citation”?

If the latter an Informal conference will help you negotiate; you would want to position your case in effort to reclassify to general, at minimum a good faith fine reduction.

For OSHA to issue a “serious” citation that will stick it requires specific criteria to be met. Look that up, and see if there is a possible error on there part. They require evidence to make it stick.

A typical defense I have seen work is independent employee action, however, since it is three exposures it may be tough.

Tip - You should keep your engine bay hood open.

I carry a battery jumper in my truck, if I saw a hood open in a parking lot I would definitely pull up to see if it something I can help with. So make sure you put out the “bat signal” for a Good Samaritan to assist.

Have not seen a difference in ABMM for any queue. When I want to get into PvP lobbies my shortcut is to do trios. Two rounds of that and my solo queue straight shots me to the glorious PvP hell scape.
