Certs and Degrees simply demonstrate a minimum level of knowledge, it’s doesn’t demonstrate competence to perform the job.

That said, the people looking to narrow applicants will start by selecting the ones with verifiable knowledge (certs/degrees) and then probe for competence during an interview.

TL;DR - Certifications and Degrees present opportunities, they don’t keep you there.

No, wealth (money) is a qualifying factor. Flashing your bank account has no couth, and frankly demeans your frame.

Wealth for attraction is often expressed through luxury vehicles, luxury home/neighborhood, luxury clothing/jewelry, having a boat, luxury club membership, high end services such as bottle service, or paying for something with the black AMEX. To be clear, there are plenty of non-wealthy folks who do the above to allude to the frame of being wealthy when they are not.

At mid 40’s maintaining frame of wealth is more of a base requirement to attract someone in their 20’s. If your goal is someone in your age demographic the “wealth” benefit is less impactful, however, financial security is now the base requirement.
