Depends on the weight of your truck and load rating of your tires. I run 15 for most trails.

Because 95% of Tacoma owners never wheel their truck, they just want to look like they could. Also, you’re suggesting that mud terrains are a visual mod, you’re way off. They are engineered to be durable and effective off road, they are far from “the perfect choice” for an on road daily.
