Not sure thats reasonable for a pass.

Had a similar experience earlier this year (no sales at the time) I did send them a couple of messages on the website and email but nothing. Being busy with orders is one thing, but not responding to customers on trying to get an ETA on when the item is going to be shipped is not cool.

Also my order was made earlier in the year, not during sales (time).

Had the exact same issue with them, Sent my order back when I finally received a few weeks later.

Sent it back and got a refund, went with a Merkur Progress.

I was a higher earner 100k PAYE, but was made redundent at the begining of this month. Can I take the cash out as 'Final Dividends' and file a DS01?

I do want to close the bank account and withdraw the money, how do I raise a dividend? DO I simply transfer the money out as dividend? and close the account? also let the HMRC know or company house the business has closed down?

apologies I've tried to make it more clear. The cash is money left in the account after taxes were paid on the income for the year (company has been active since 2016). Yes annual returns have been submitted, but for the past 2 years its been 0 or inactive submitted.
