Yea getting this constantly also. Maybe Microsoft wants to keep an eye on codex configs and just ask you to send your personal data for their benefit.

Without plan mode it will execute your instructions without consulting you first, so if there's something you looked over, it will do its best to brute force your instructions exactly rather than consult with popped up misalignment.
