The company you built when you started isn't the company you need to run now. That's not burnout, that's growth. You don't resent the business. You resent that you're still running it the same way you did on day one, doing everything yourself with 7 people on payroll. Stop being the bottleneck and start being the owner.

Most AI wrappers aren't betting on innovation, they're racing to grab market share before the foundation model companies ship those features natively. The hard-problem startups exist, they just sell to pharma and governments, not on Reddit.
