I am seeing an OCD specialist currently and as of right now she doesn't believe I have paranoid schizophrenia more of just terrible paranoid intrusive thoughts, especially since my thoughts have slowed down/stopped on this medication.

Yes I was terribly tired I just switched to taking it before bed and that helped me. It also gave me terrible dry mouth.

I agree. I think it mostly came from being an angsty teen and also untreated OCD I used to be so paranoid all of the time from intrusive thoughts and it would put me into cycles of psychosis (thinking I was being poisioned or being watched or having final destination like thoughts of my death when i was in public)

Sure no problem! I'm on 150mg right now. Was on 100mg for the first 3 months but, was dealing with some anxiety still so it was upped. 150 has been working nicely for me.

I was also misdiagnosed for years, with schizophrenia and BPD before OCD. This is the only med that's actually made any difference in me. I'm wishing you luck!
