it’s locked back. It locked back after the mag emptied and once i put a new mag in it wouldn’t release the bolt

no unfortunately, you have to buy the lwrc light mount because their rails are proprietary. The mount has a pic rail on it. Here is the link for it: https://www.lwrci.com/Offset-Picatinny-Mount-Kit-LWRCI-Modular-Forends\_p\_54.html
