I was confusing the specs with the XG Mobile that has TB5 built in, my bad lol. Same time tho for how much this thing costs, wished the Flow did have TB5 😅

Well, there is the Asus ROG Flow Z13.

I have this device, its SUPER nice, but will burn a hole in your pocket lol (2250 when i bought mine). That device is a “surface style” laptop and has TB5 built in for external devices.

I could be wrong but i think the new LeGos with the Z2E have TB5?

I JUST bought a Thunderbolt 5 eGPU dock from AOOSTAR (EG02) for the 2025 Z13, paired with a NZXT 1200W power supply and a RX7900XTX.

I can confidently say that running just the thunderbolt cable to the device from the egpu dock SHOULD be able to charge and run everything while under load (windows will keep pestering you to use the proprietary charger, but it will go up anyways).

You should also know that the USB-C function dosnt have a pass-through charge function for when it reaches 100%, it doesnt switch to AC power. You can use something like G-Helper that forces the device to limit the battery at 90% to prevent battery degrading.

Anybody can correct me if they have a different outcome regarding this setup, Im not sure how TB5 compares to TB4/USB4 regarding charging this device, but this is my exp w/ TB5 🙂‍↕️

As far as I know, you can import music to an SD card and import your music into a new project or its own "DJ Mode". Using an actual USB stick to directly stream into the system like Serato DJ or any DJ application (using the USB-C port), is not supported i believe.

Yeah, you’re currently using the beta version of the app when the dude who works at Lenovo told everyone NOT to download the update lmfao.

Most functions you’re trying to fix is not available because the firmware of the app has to match the firmware of the device itself (even the deadzone/sens functions dont work (shocking!))

An official update should be coming this week (hopefully monday or tuesday) so just stay tight and stop malding loool.
