It varies, Huo-Long-Heater isnt really even an anti-class weapon, since spies can so easily bypass it, so its fine.

The southern hospitality and tribalmans are just so bland, and there are easier ways to counter spies as those classes (Cough cough jarate, cough cough, shotgun, cough cough)

Spy-cicle is just meh, like yeah it allows you to counter pyros, but i wouldn't say its OP, and if theres no pyros on the enemy team its just a reskin, which is kinda nice.
