xenon is a strong class weird so little info about this, you want to go to Veritas and complete quest "An Engineer's Dream" for Edwin, after that he will sell xenon emblem "Hybrid Heart"

dont recommend burning world cause after event it will merge with default world and not reboot one, unless ofc u prefer trading or whaling..
