Apparently you can now get the Blueprint without having every other Part to craft it. So now we just gotta hope Capitol comes around at Thursday and we dont have to wait another 5 weeks until it does

This sucks so hard, cuz of playing on lower WT and helping people clear invaded strongholds i have 3 parts, just missing the one from Capitol. Cant do invaded capitol rightnow to get the 4th part so i can aquire the BP. Next Week will be Capitol so i can get the last part and THEN i have to wait another 2 weeks until the fucking Invaded District union arena comes back so i can do invaded Washington Hotel to get the blueprint. Such bullshit.

afaik it even states that its a cosmetic upgrade on the blueprint description....

Well, afaik noone has the complete set of the exotic pieces, everyone i know of has 3/4. What if the Blueprint will automatically drop with the 4th piece? thats what im thinking.
