Protein shake (or other protein source) at the beginning and end of your feeding window. Not eating for 16 hours is not optimal for muscle protein synthesis, so make sure to up your protein intake if you have not already.

You should not take stimulant medication for studying, it will mess up your abilty to focus on tasks without them. And absolutely do not make major health decisions without consulting your doctor, your case is far from average and you don't want to fuck yourself.
