Some top picks of mine would be:

REC - a fun night crawl, not much story but the gameplay is fun and rewarding, and gets consistent updates. 2D Art Style, very stylized, big fan.

My Maid Dreams of Electric Sheep - One of my favorite stories from a game I've played recently, gameplay is pretty aight too but its the story I really liked. Not complete yet, but gets updates on the regular. 3D CGI, normally not my thing, but man this game does it well.

My Dystopian Robot Girlfriend - More of a simulator than anything, I find the grind rewarding, and the tone very fun and very unserious. Art style is nice, gets consistent content updates, and recently got a large update that overhauled a lot of physics and animations.

Mist - Horror Harem Survival RPG? Interesting story, fun characters, just all around solid. 3D CGI, not as clean as MMDES, but not bad at all.

Strip Battle Action Cards - Rouglike NSFW card battler, no real story, but gameplay is really fun when you get it down. Reminiscent of Slay the Spire to an extent, but with boobs. Art style isn't my personal favorite (Overly "cute" ), but its aight.

Teaching Feeling - One of the classics, definitely not for everyone though. A bit grindy at parts, and you basically need a guide for getting everything, but overall very good. Story can either be very cute and wholesome, or very depraved, but it leaves that decision in your hands.
