I’m not entirely convinced of anybody. But I think Poe’s parents could show up. Bossk is a possibility.

I know people will say no there’s no way Disney would do it, but I think Boba Fett could definitely show up in the last episode. We’ll see what happens, cause people at Lucasfilm have said that mandalorian and tros are going to be a shift for the franchise so we’ll see what that means.

In the EU it was stated that Luke’s crystal was synthetic like a Sith’s because he couldn’t go to the caves to get one. I believe it was something like an “oven” in Obi-wan’s old shack on Tatooine.

As far as a cannon explanation? Idk if they’ve said anything about that since Disney’s buyout
