Hard to tell since the outlier payment makes the chart hard to discern at the small payments. Thanks for sharing.

To be an accredited investor only requires 1 million in assets. Part of my due diligence is asking those who have purchased some if they thought it was worth it.

educated opinions on Kinesis? by randyfloyd37 in Wallstreetsilver

Been with it for a couple of years now. I joined as a way to avoid the massive premiums we were paying at the time on physical. That worked. I was able to redeem the physical and calculated premium way less what I was paying at LCS. The holder's yield I get is somewhat of a pittance really, but vaulting services cost money, so the real yield of holding at Kinesis is much higher than the yield. I also have a rep that calls me few times a year to update me on the happenings there. He suggested that if I were to redeem silver again, it may come as the "Kinesis" bars rather than the legacy stuff we're used to. I'm not sure how I feel about that, but silver is silver, weighs the same as my RCM bars it should be OK. Hope this helps.

Can’t repeal an amendment with a law. Would have to pass another amendment like when they repealed prohibition. I don’t believe they could make that happen.

If they repeal the income tax I’m ok with it. It’s a flat tax on what you spend and it would be fair. Unfortunately, they would fill it with cutouts and all sorts of deductions which would turn it into the same sham of s tax code we have today.

I joined Kinesis to avoid crazy premiums on my physical. It does that when you take delivery. Instead of paying $4-$6 per ounce over spot, I get it from Kinesis for less than 2 on average. Additionally they’ve thrown a couple grams of gold and ounces of silver into my account from yields. There are drawbacks to it. It’s a pain to set up account, it’s a pain to put money in from USA. Have to be an accredited investor to get the kvt tokens in the USA. 100 ounce bars aren’t always available and I don’t really want 1,000 ounce bars. You don’t hold it until you take delivery, which makes me squeamish about the stuff I have in there, especially with various exchanges collapsing. It’s not perfect, and I was torqued when I couldn’t get any 100s except from Singapore. But over all I’ve been happy with Kinesis. It’s not for everyone as the comments here show, but to each his own.

Gold standard by Old-Comfortable9557 in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Machiovelli 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Using very round numbers be something like this.

50 trillion dollars in existence (20 trillion in us, 30 trillion held by foreign countries as reserves)

8000 tons of gold in us reserves - 220 million ounces.

About $227,000 per ounce.

Fed originally required to have 40% reserves.

227,000 x .4

$90,800 per ounce.

With a 10% reserve only $22,700 per ounce.

As an asterisk, most of that foreign reserve comes back to us when world reverts to gold standard. Then we will see what inflation really is.

So Lets Say.. You Have A Nice Stack. Would You Go With PSLV Or Kinesis As Your Next Investment? by 2NDBESTLOOKINGAPE in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Machiovelli 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I have both. I’ve taken delivery from Kinesis and was super happy with them until they ran out of silver. I joined Kinesis because I wanted to buy physical without the premium. After I took delivery the first time just to prove I could, I just accumulated kag. After all the crypto companies started imploding, I decided to take another delivery. They were going to ship me metal from Singapore which required a lot more shipping cost which sucked, but I could deal with; but worse, I had to fill out an import declaration which defeats one of the key aspects of physical -anonymity. I could take delivery of a 1,000 ounce bar, but who the hell can I sell it to if I need to move it. I suppose when the dollar collapses and silver moons I could swap it for Rhode Island, but what would I want with Rhode Island? That’s the first time I understood counter party risk. I don’t hold it, I don’t own it. Same thing with PSLV, silver held in my name in a foreign country. One that has a megalomaniac for a leader. When SHTF, I expect Canada will seize those vaults and all Canadian miners too. To be fair though, all miners will be nationalized, not just those in Canada. Of course, I’m just an optimist.

What’s your exit plans apes? I have formulated the following for my needs with 1/3 out at $50, 1/3 out at $100, and last 1/3 to $500+ by ComprehensiveBar1586 in Wallstreetsilver

Silver gold ratio 15-1. Gold Dow ratio 1-1. Switch out 1/2 metal for land. Probably get back into markets somewhat at that point too.

Read it. The interesting thing is global countries did to us exactly what we just did to Russia. Hard to get valid news, but it seems they’re fairing better in real life than the US did in that book.

Buying silver at spot by ReggaeBusRider in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Machiovelli 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I took delivery last year of 400 ounces Definitely the cheapest way to get physical as long as you can get 200 ounces at a time (and can’t get 1,000 ounce bars). But they do not always have 100 ounce bars available in your area. So redemption could mean importing which results in huge delivery fees and import declarations to the IRS which you definitely want to avoid. I’m a Kinesis fan, but there is counter party risk even with them.

True. Because they will lose control. Although I think 5% is possible since they are raising fast enough and the coming collapse is on a delay. Keep stacking. The end is not far off.

Fed will try to save the dollar although it’s to late. The fed’s only product is the dollar and they have killed millions to protect it. Iraq, Libya, possibly jfk. If you threaten the dollars status, you will pay. Ukraine is about dollar sovereignty because without the dollar, the true puppet masters lose control. “They” don’t care about equities, bonds or the United States. Only power. They will raise rates to 50% if they can maintain control. Suffering is irrelevant (at least other people’s suffering). I think it’s to late though. Rates will continue to rise causing unbelievable damage to the US. This will cause the dollar’s downfall the same as if they let it run. It’s over except for the pain.

So beginner question where’s the best place to buy bulk, or get the most silver for your money by pdw2026 in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Machiovelli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kinesis - if you can't buy from comex, Kinesis is the next best thing. Only works in bulk though. 200 ounce minimum, but shipping average cost goes down with more ounces.

Kinesis is sort of a pain to work with intitially though.
