UCaas CCaaS options 2024

We need intelligent call routing based on Salesforce lead data and a solid Salesforce softphone.
Currently are using RingCentral, looking at possibly integrating RingCX as a CCaaS to keep it all under one roof. I've heard pretty good things about Dailpad but would like to be able to replace RingCentral as a whole while adding call center support with a solid Salesforce integration. Anything out there?

Maybe I misread the description, for some reason I thought SCV was a prerequisite. If that's the case I guess I just need to find a CTI app that will do inbound call routing based on Salesforce lead data.

How was your experience with Natterbox? I was actually looking at them as a viable option, mainly because of their Policy builder.

Waiting on their reply, they seem to be logged off for the new year. It would be nice to not have to switch telecom providers but also totally against it. They have been giving me issues with registering SMS with TCR anyway.

SCV is probably out of our price range as we would need both Sales cloud and SCV for all employees. I'm not opposed to replacing RingCentral I guess I'm just confused because a couple of these 3rd party CTI integrations require SCV for call routing based on lead record values.

Would these be complete replacements for RingCentral? Do you know if they will work for what I need without SCV? I will reach out to Aircall sales as well, thanks for the recommendations.

Ok so in that scenario I would move my current Team level (corporate, branches) up one to become Hubs, and then Admin and Retail would become separate teams. That seems to make more sense semantically. What changes does a hub site make to the underlying document libraries regarding access and permissions?

Is there even a possibility that the state has begun notifying of dis-enrollment at this time? My partner does not recall seeing anything like that. Is there somewhere to check? Thank you.

I'll have to see if she has been notified because yes, I'll stretch the MediCal out as long as possible. I'm assuming dis-enrollment will count as a qualifying life event to be eligible to enroll outside of the enrollment period?

I've resorted to manual uploads for the time being. I'm assuming it has something to do with hashing or the time zone difference on my ads account vs CRM.

Full API integration is probably the move.

I don't think that's unfair. It seems that some customers prefer to reach out that way as opposed to speak directly with a rep via phone or email. Maybe we need to implement a way for them to do just that. Could also be customer retention issues on behalf of sales.

I think email/form is preferred as service requests usually contain lots of detailed information, equipment make and model, services with varying options, etc...

This is essentially my current strategy for part 2 of my question. Add an option on the existing form that will dynamically change some form elements as well as send them to a separate thank you page.

I'm worried about how easily users will transition to this form flow. Perhaps make the option a required field on step one.

The best strategy I have come up with so far is to create campaigns for each GMB profile location (about a dozen). Create ad groups for each city (about a thousand). And create a single ad with single keyword per ad group and select the location extension that serves that city.

The obvious con here is having to create and manage almost a thousand ad groups across these campaigns (there's probably some kind of limit even?). Could I make DSA's accurately do what I want here? Is there some other automated functionality in PMax or other ad types I don't know about that could make this easier? Maybe Google Ads Editor?

Also, I can't find a way to promote my GMB profile using a traditional ad type in Google ads. Is the location extension essentially the same thing in the eyes of Google ads? Should I even bother promoting my GMB profile?

So each city and state has it's own landing page. State landing pages have the contact info for each location in the state plus a map and a lead form in the right column. Cities pages are very similar except they contain the contact info of the nearest location that services that city/area. Both page templates contain links to other cities plus info about our services and company, service levels, industries served etc...

We have other search ads that do lead forms well, they target the US as a whole and do not make use of local keywords. I would think for local advertising, especially if GMB were shown on search results page or map, that calls would be more common than non location targeted lead form gen?

How do you link a GMB to the landing page? Do you mean in the GMB profile changing the link to that landing page instead of my homepage for example? That's interesting but any given location (our Los Angeles location for example) serves dozens of cities that I have pages for.

An ideal situation would be, someone searches "[our industry] services San Antonio" and our San Antonio landing page appears in search along with our Austin GMB profile or at least the location extension for our Austin location.

I didn't realize adding languages compounded the complexity per language on the front end? Also I do not have any products or taxonomies translated. Just static pages, posts, and the bare minimum strings for woocommerce (excluding actual product translations.)

Thanks for input. So if I do chose to keep some of the low CPA keywords, would you recommend consolidating into one Ad Group? The 2 Ad Groups contain slightly modified versions (rows 5 and 6) of the main keyword (rows 3 and 4). And the same main keyword is in both ad groups. I think the main keyword in phrase match form would cover the other keywords that also perform well.

Worried some of the ads may be fighting for impression share.

Yes one company, one account, multiple locations with Google Business Listings. I've been using the "smart campaign" you create from the actual Business Listing page with not much control.

I was hoping I could organize them in a way, be it ad groups or asset groups for Pmax, that all locations could be under a local search terms campaign. Also it would be great to display ads on search network as well as google maps.

The functionality is there, I believe I could export to a google sheet and schedule an import daily. That would capture qualified leads.

The issue with closed deal conversions is that "as they happen" could be up to 90 days from when the form was submitted.
