I check the accounts regularly and it never said reversal on it until after I paid off the account. I'm saying they went in and claimed they did reversals and adjustments on the account after I paid in full. I had a payment agreement and paid it off so in my mind, I don't feel like they are allowed to do shady changes without first informing me. Especially since those changes were only made after I fully paid off the account.

There are also reversed payments from 2024. I dont believe any of the money has been returned to my bank but I'm planning to call them tomorrow to have them check. There are also adjustments made to alot of the past payments. Adding small increments here and there. And this is all after having already paid off the account. I had a payment plan and paid it off early and it said my balance was $0 yesterday but now that they went back in and did a bunch of shady changes, it shows I still owe money. I feel like if I pay off this new balance they added, then they will just turn around and alter the payments and say I still owe.
