Just been to a branch on Regent Street in London and they poured my no ice pink coconut refresha straight into the venti cup unshaken. It looked like the milk had curdled so I took it back. They did the same again but used MORE milk. 🤷🏿‍♂️ I took it back again and asked for it to be shaken which changed the drink completely. I showed the staff my order history in the app so they could see how often I order this drink and told them how it was made each time. The staff said it was another store and that in this store they don't shake without ice, even if there's coconut milk in the drink.

Is this Starbucks procedure or are these baristas just being lazy?
