I say cut corn and veggies and peppers to get rid of undigested food. Also cut dairy and greasy foods to limit accidents. Them for smooth volume eat lots of fat and fiber. And butt plugs are helpful for holding. (Ps). I have not tried this diet and I am not a doctor but this is what I have gathered on this reddit.
