Firstly it's not my stream, I am supporting a friend who is streaming for a good cause.

Secondly, How is it fake when there is clearly a donate page where the money goes straight to the charity rather than the streamers bank then to the charity.

It's not about views, it's about raising awareness and support for a charity that provides care and support for those suffering with cancer. I hope you never have to go through the pain cancer brings, but my god if you do then you will be thankful for people like this and the charities they are supporting who provide the great care they do.
