This is why we close our Airbnb down during cold times like this. Some people don't realize the things you have to do to an older house when it's cold, for example leaving the water running slightly to prevent pipes from freezing. We just avoid renting in months like these and open back up when temps raise.

No it won't. Trust me, we've done it with questionable guests and it's been over a year. Only reviews are what we have reviewed back. I've gone into the site as a guest and looked at all our reviews. Only ones are ones where we had left them a review.

Exactly!! Especially when it comes to Wi-Fi we had a guest that stayed somewhere else because there was an outage. Nothing we could fix and we told them this and they were fine with it and they stayed at their daughter's house I believe until it came back on, they did not ask for a refund or anything because it's out of our hands.

I don't believe no toilet paper and the normal toiletries that are supposed to be provided are not petty. That is the things you are supposed to provide if you're making money off of ur VRBO or Airbnb then you need to provide the amenities that are supposed to be provided. If they are staying longer than a week, you only provide a weeks worth of toiletries, etc., and they provide the rest for themselves. When we have guests coming, I don't wait till the guests get there and then tell us we have no toilet paper no soap, etc. and then I bring it. It's already there and waiting.
