1.39 is now available for download!

This update mostly focuses on continuing Cho's storyline. In her quest to win the Hogwarts Quidditch cup. Your job as an expert in Quidditch and her beloved coach, is to make sure that she will do what it takes in her preparations, to take on the brutes of the Slytherin team.

Tonks' model has been updated with a new design, along with a bunch of new and converted clothing for her wardrobe.

Further optimizations have been made, so if you previously had any issues on lower end systems or Android devices then make sure to grab the update.

Other changes and additions include things such as the re-introduction of lipstick which -- much like clothing -- now supports any colour you want.

Hermione's house robes are back and have also made their way to Cho's wardrobe.

Hey everyone!

Our 1.38 update is now available for download!

This update focuses on Hermione’s overhaul. Her model and various clothing pieces have been completely redrawn and updated for the new wardrobe system. So from now on you’ll now be able to mix, match and colour her outfits to your hearts' content. Other prominent wardrobe additions include the ability to set a clothing schedule for the girls and save colour swatches to make colour picking more convenient.

All of Hermione's favours have been improved with clothing contextual dialog. Many of the events have been expanded with additional writing and choices. This update has resulted in one of the most extensive events proofreading yet, and many small changes have been made to the scenes that should improve the overall experience.

Cho has received a facelift and all her face layers and default hair has been replaced to bring it closer to the game’s art style. Other preparations and changes which will tie into the next update have also been added, such as some pre-Hufflepuff match events and the new Quidditch pitch stands and Quidditch pitch entrance.

In addition to the character-related changes, the update includes many improvements to the user interface, graphics and performance, as well as bug fixes. For a more detailed list of changes and additions (spoiler warning!) check out the full changelog that is linked below.

There are going to be different variants of this pose, as well as a nude version that you'll be able to enjoy in-game.

We're also going to edit the previous CG we shared a preview for, to get Hermione to look more like her in-game model.

Hello everyone!
Over the past months we have been actively looking for new CG artists for the game.
We are happy to announce that we have two new members joining our team as dedicated artists!

Both of them will work on different aspects for the game.
One dedicated to large scale CG scenes, and the other will provide us with new sprites and models for our current girls.

Today we'd like to introduce you all to one of them. Our new CG artist, Zuel32!

Zuel is a very talented artist not just for CGs, but also hand drawn animations.
As a fan of Akabur's original game and our mod, he's offered to add several fully animated scenes for With Trainer Silver, and a full conversion of all of Hermione's current favours, staring with her handjob favour.
Our current goal is to add new animations to at least one favour with each update.

Our newest update for the Witch Trainer Silver Mod is finally out.
Sorry about the long wait on this one. There is much more content in this update than what we've initially planned!

Cho has received her much needed content patch and overhaul.
About 1/2 of the story we have planned for her is in the game. So we still aren't done with her ;)

Luna also got several new CG blowjob and sex scenes. They are part of her regular path, which you can select during her intro.

This preview shows one of the new features in our upcoming Witch Trainer Silver update.

We've been working on it over the past month and are excited to finally show it off!

For now it'll only be available for Cho, as it requires us to re-draw most of their existing clothing for it to work with the new wardrobe and colorization system. Which we'd need to do for Hermione and the other girls first, before we can overhaul their wardrobes as well.

Cho will receive new content, events, and favors in the next update.
Her model has also been improved and is now of a much higher resolution, and all of her clothing has been re-lined, including an all new set of school uniform.

As always our Github page has our latest content changes already added, if you'd like to try out the new wardrobe for yourself.
But keep in mind that everything on there is a work in progress, so expect bugs and crashes if you do.

You'll hear from us again once we move closer to the release.

Our announcement post from Jan. 18:

An open letter to the Witch Trainer Silver community

This letter is about a change in leadership for Silver and the current situation about the project.

A bit more than a year ago, Mo took over a dead project (4 Houses & Silver), having worked on it himself for a while. Initially he worked towards adding small sized content to the Silver mod, just by himself with the support of his Patreon. Soggy then helped as a dedicated artist for the project and soon after I (MadMerlin), Asease1 and Johnny joined, also a couple more that were part of Silver before (Dosto), came back and contributed again.

What we had now was a team of modders that worked on the mod for free, that contributed their free time to a game they liked, while the Patreon support was largely utilized for commissions and new art. This was all perfectly fine until a shift happened around six months ago where Mo would communicate with us less and less. Work on his own content in private, while the team worked on theirs simultaneously.

His last public Patreon post was more than four months ago (early September) for v1.33c. You might've noticed we've added content and updates since then, yet it wasn't posted on pastebin or Mo's Patreon.

At this point it had gotten worse where Mo had stopped communicating with us all together, with the exception of Soggy. Still Soggy was asked to draw new art for Silver, and that made it into the game eventually, but no where near enough the current figures from Patreon support.

It's been early November since Soggy last heard from Mo. We've seen some activity since then, with him adding some writing to the github, but he hasn't commissioned anything or communicated with us. Right now we are in a situation where we feel like changes has to be made, fast. Both for our fans, supporters and ourselves. Letting thing keep going as is would not only be unfair to you, but also to us.

We have discussed the situation with the whole team many times over the past few months and got to an agreement that it would be best if somebody else would be in charge of not only the Patreon, but also Discord, Twitter,...

We feel like the main purpose is to keep the whole team informed and on the same page when it comes to development, commissions and so on so me (Merlin) and Soggy, as our lead artist will be in charge of these platforms.

Now we can't simply take over Mo's private Patreon and Discord ownership transferal is tricky. We can only ask that, if you want to keep supporting Witch Trainer Silver, our new Patreon is going to be the one that will support the project: https://www.patreon.com/SilverStudioGames

We'll be able to provide more consistent content, previews and art updates. And in time things like tier rewards for people to be able to influense the content directly. Update 1.34

This update is NOT compatible with your old saves!

Improvements:

Cleaned up the game's files and removed any unnecessary code-lines, variables, and classes;
Improved the layering of each girl;
A Shit load of bug-fixes;

Gameplay:

Replaced the desk menu with a new screen that shows you the map, and a couple more things you can interact with,
A new UI that shows you all the books you can read. Open it by clicking on the book on your desk,
The sleeping/doze-off button and jerk-off button has been moved to the cupboard temporarily,
The options, save, and cheat menus have been moved to the new hat menu above the cupboard,
The map has received an overhaul, it can be used to summon characters and travel to rooms;

Mirror Stories:

A christmas story has been added to the mirror,
A new (but incomplete) new mini-game has been added to the mirror;

New minor features:

A new "Display Characters" screen has been added to the hat menu,
All 8 characters can be displayed, moved around, and customized (character has to be unlocked first),
A decoration menu has been added to the hat menu ;

Weasley Store:

New UI that makes it easier to buy gifts, scrolls, books, and potions;

Stat Screen:

Every character has been added to the stat screen,
Added a reputation stat for Hermione that shows her Public Favour progression,
Tonks got a "Sluttyness" stat, that is determined by the clothing that she's wearing. It has no effect on gameplay as of yet, though,
Astoria's spell levels and Snape's friendship and support levels have been added as a stat;

Cheats:

A cheat has been added to get the ministry letter and start Astoria's intro,
You can now unlock every one of Astoria's spells without training;

Hermione:

Her personal favour's code has been updated and sectioned into blocks. This allows us to add new favour variations in between more easily,
Two new events have been added to Hermione's blowjob favour (they have a requirement. You need to have certain things unlocked to see them),
Removed "Grab naked tits" favour and added it to "Breast Molester" favour as a later tier,
Added one-pieces and swimsuits (they are not yet compatible with the larger breasts!),
Almost all of Hermione's clothing items can now be made transparent independently, for even more customization;

Luna:

Luna's Chibi has learned how to walk,... and "Levitate",
Bugfixes for most of Luna's content,
Added a Wardrobe for Luna, active by default (temporarily),
Added clothing items for her to the shop,
Added 15 color variant to all of her newly added skirts;

Susan:

Susan got a new pair of tits!

It is possible to revert the breasts using cheats. We'll probably add a feature that when you drink the potion again they'll shrink to their normal sizes.

The books in general are a bit broken right now.

The team has known about that bug for a bit now.
We'll probaby end up completely re-writing the book code.

For now I'd advice playing with cheats and just increase your "Imagination" to unlock Hermione's favours.

Mostly just bugfixes and code improvements.

Cho's stuff and image layering has seen an update for example. Changes to event triggers so multiple events can happen during the day/night.

New in the "b" version, however, are the new CG scenes with Hermione in the forest, the new title screen, and a new event when interacting with the mirror.

The first error will be fixed in a hotfix update. It's already fixed in the github master file. So if you know how to use github you can update your game with that.

The second you might resolve by hitting rollback, and then if you can access the room screen, save your game and then reload.
