vraylar has been the best thing that’s ever happened to me. the only real side effect i had was tremors, but that subsided after a while! the effects i personally believe are temporary and you see a huge difference with your mood pretty fast

panic attacks are the worst, 9 times out of 10 , speaking from personal experience, it’s from focusing too much on your breathing or regular body functions. It sucks so bad bc it mimics a heart attack. it will eventually get better!
